Just Clear, the UK’s largest independent house clearance company, pledged its support to NHS workers in Kingston by offering a free bulky rubbish collection to NHS staff over the Christmas period.
In addition, the service will also include a 20% discount to NHS staff on any work in 2021.
Founder and CEO, Brendan O’Shea, introduced the service in December to help frontline health workers in the local area to reduce the stress caused by home clutter. Since then the company has completed clearance work for hundreds of NHS staff saving them over £7,500 in clearance bills.
Just Clear’s technicians and Sales teams are adhering to strict government health and social distancing guidelines when visiting people’s homes, with hand sanitiser, wearing fresh disposable gloves, shoe covers and face masks for every call out. In addition, every Just Clear technician is wiping their hands before and after each job.
Brendan O’Shea, CEO said: “I want to show our continued support for the NHS heroes who have worked tirelessly to keep the country as safe as possible throughout the pandemic in 2020 and into 2021. If we can take away some of the stress of dealing with a house clearance then it makes it worthwhile.
“Since we introduced the service in December, we have saved our local Kingston NHS frontline workers over £7,500 on bulky rubbish collections in Kingston alone. We want to reassure workers that the service will stay at least until the end of August 2021 as we are keen to donate around £200,000 worth of work to our healthcare heroes.
“At a time when our NHS staff are under immense pressure, and often working extended shifts, Just Clear will be there for them with a smile, and as quickly as possible.”
