Just Clear appoints new COO
Just Clear has appointed a new COO. The incoming Chief Operating Officer brings over 16 years of experience in multiple sectors in the waste and recycling industry.
Sam Mason, as the new COO for Just Clear, will take the business forward with large growth plans for 2022.
As well as being appointed COO, Sam will join the board of Just Clear. He will use his years of experience to drive the company forward in all aspects of the business and is set to help drive plans of growth to triple revenue over the coming year.

Franchisee and COO
Sam is not only a COO but an investor in the company. He has invested as a franchisee with multiple teams and vehicles across the South Coast of the UK. This expanding part of the business will assist in the Just Clear national service offering.
Commenting on the appointment Sam has said:
“I am delighted to be appointed Chief Operating Officer and look forward to supporting the business through its growth plans/acquisitions and franchise onboarding. With all this in mind, I have a large task ahead that I am ready for.
“2022 will be an interesting year for the business. I look forward to giving the business structure and firm foundations for the next 5 years of growth.”
Sam has worked at firms including, Mitie Group, Q3 Services Group, Kier, Hippo & Tradebe. He hopes that his 16 years of experience will bring a new perspective at Just Clear in this time of growth for the company.
He will be based in London, reporting directly to Brendan O’Shea, CEO of Just Clear.
